"The first room I stayed in was dirty, there was water all over the floor in the bathroom. The second room I was in was better, but there were still areas where one could tell something wasn't clean.
I notified the front desk to everything, but they didn't seem too concerned. In fact, when I wanted to switch rooms because of the water and dirty room they were almost surprised that I wanted another room."
